Pavoclinus pavo, known commonly as the Peacock klipfish in South Africa, is a species of clinid in the genus Pavoclinus. It is a subtropical blenny found from Namibia to South Africa, in the southeastern Atlantic Ocean. It was named by J.D.F. Gilchrist and W.W. Thompson in 1908, originally under the name Clinus pavo, and can reach a maximum length of 15 centimetres.[ Blennies in this species feed primarily off of amphipods, isopods, mollusks, and worms.
