There is a vast body of minimalist music but not much has been written about the rehearsal and performance practices associated with this style. This book will be useful for any musician who performs minimalist music. The book also includes interviews with world-renowned performers of minimalist music, Russell Hartenberger and Steven Schick. Essentially, the issues raised can be applied to rehearsal and performance practices in any style of music.
