Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug (Russian: Яма ло-Нене цкий автоно мный о круг, Yamalo-Nenetsky Avtonomny Okrug; Nenets: Ямалы-Ненёцие'' автономной окрук), or Yamalia, is a federal subject of Russia (an autonomous okrug of Tyumen Oblast). The Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug is the largest administrative division of Tyumen with an area 750,300 km2 (289,692 sq mi). It is also the most sparsely populated with only 507,006 (2002 Census) inhabitants. The administrative center of the autonomous okrug is Salekhard, and the two largest towns by population are Noyabrsk (pop. 96,440) and Novy Urengoy (pop. 94,456).

The premotor cortex is an area of motor cortex lying within the frontal lobe of the brain. It extends 3 mm anterior to the primary motor cortex, near the Sylvian fissure, before narrowing to approximately 1 mm near the medial longitudinal fissure, which serves as the posterior border for the prefrontal cortex. The premotor cortex is largely equivalent to Brodmann area 6. Activity within this region is critical to the sensory guidance of movement and control of proximal and trunk muscles of the body. The premotor cortex is dysgranular (a transition between the agranular motor cortex and the granular eulaminate frontal cortex), which means that there is only a faint granular lamina IV. This corresponds to Brodmann area 6, with the exception that the medial surface of this area is the site of the accessory motor cortex (also known as the supplementary motor area, or SMA).
