High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles! Rachel Foster is an English vocalist, primarily known for her music collaboration with Andy Cato (of Groove Armada fame) as the Weekend Players. Although the Weekend Players project only produced one album (Pursuit Of Happiness), Foster has contributed her vocals to a number of different projects, including two songs from Bent's album Ariels. Andy Cato is one half of the electronic dance band, Groove Armada. He is also involved with Rachel Foster in Weekend Players, which is also an electronic dance group. He grew up in a village near Barnsley and played the trombone in a colliery brass band, and won the Young Jazz Musician of the Year Award in 1995. He attended QEGS in Wakefield for his schooling. He was also taught the piano.
