A Radio Reconnaissance Team (RRT) was assigned as the tactical signals intelligence collection element for the Marine Corps Special Operations Command, Detachment One. Regular RRTs also participate in special operations during Marine Expeditionary Unit (Special Operations Capable), or MEU(SOC), deployments.
