Rafal Heydel-Mankoo (born 1 June 1976, London) comments on royal affairs in the Canadian media and is an expert on heraldry, aristocracy and the British honours system. He has been the "Royal correspondent" for the Canadian morning news show Canada AM and CTV News Channel and has provided live television commentary for events including the Golden Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II, the funeral of the Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother, the Concert for Diana and recent royal marriages.
