High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles! The Railway Museum of Thessaloniki is a museum in Kordelio, a suburb of Thessaloniki, Greece. It was founded in 2001 and is housed in the old Military Railway Station A (French: Gare Militaire) of the Thessaloniki-Constantinople Railway (French: Jonction Salonique-Constantinople), near the current TX-3 signalbox. This historic station was built in 1891-1894 by the Italian architect Pierro Arigoni. The museum is open every Wendesday and Thursday between 10am and 13am, excluding public holidays. Photography is allowed only by special arrangement in advance.
