High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles! Rain Aladdin oglu Sultanov (born April 29, 1965, Baku) is an Azerbaijani jazz musician, saxophonist and Honorary Artist of Azerbaijan. At the age of fourteen Rain entered the music school for clarinet classes and became interested in Miles Davis. At the age of sixteen Sultanov started to master the saxophone and performed in the military orchestra for four years during his military service. In 1992 Sultanov was invited as a soloist to Azerbaijan State Television and Radio Symphonic Orchestra. In 1995 he wrote his first compositions “Jokers and Dance” and “Day Off”.
