High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles! Rainbow Centre Factory Outlet was an enclosed outlet mall in Niagara Falls, New York. The mall opened in 1982 and closed in 2000. The mall opened July 4, 1982. It did not turn a profit until 1990, when the original anchor, Beir's Department Store, was replaced with a Burlington Coat Factory and the majority of the mall tenants were replaced with outlet stores. Burlington Coat Factory closed in 1999, and the mall itself closed in 2000, although the inside of the mall was still accessible until 2005 to allow access to an off-track betting center.
