They also have produced a number of other animated series such as Tommy and Oscar, Monster Allergy, Prezzy and co-producer of the new series, Huntik. The CEO of Rainbow S.r.l. is Iginio Straffi, who is also the creator of Winx Club, as well as the creator and director of Huntik. Sometime in late 2010, Rainbow moved to the new location. On February 4, 2011, Viacom purchased an undisclosed, but a minority, stake in Rainbow. Rainbow will release the first live-action series Maya Fox.
