Raoul Trujillo (born May 8, 1955 in Santa Fe, New Mexico), also accredited as Raul Trujillo, is an American actor, dancer of Apache/Ute descent, and former soloist with the Nikolais Dance Theatre and the original choreographer and co-director for the American Indian Dance Theatre. He is the host for a series of dancing programs. Trujillo's career spans more than 25 years. He is perhaps best known for playing the villain in the Mel Gibson film Apocalypto. Alwin Nikolais (November 25, 1910 in Southington, Connecticut – May 8, 1993) was an American choreographer. Nikolais studied piano at an early age and began his performing career as an organist accompanying silent films.
