Raphael Draccon, born Raphael Albuquerque, is a Brazilian writer and screenplayer. His main works are the published books Ether Dragons, Snow Hearts and Circles of Rain, published by the Portuguese publisher Leya. His books were widely accepted by the young Brazilian public, soon becoming best sellers. Raphael Draccon was born and lives in Rio de Janeiro and it is also part of the Movimento Silvestre, a movement signed by local writers and communicated in local media, with the purposal of writing engagement toward the final public instead of critical, academical or intellectual writing.
