Claiming that Doctor Nathan ordered him to, Adebisi took some of Gerth's blood with a needle. At Emerald City, Adebisi pricked Antonio Nappa's arm with the needle, but disfarced with a comb. Nappa got infected and was moved to Unit F, the AIDS ward. It's not know if Gerth died, as he is not seen again in the show. Antonio Nappa was a fictional character played by Mark Margolis on the HBO dramatic series Oz. Nappa was an Italian mob boss sentenced to prison for killing a man in a strip bar. He takes control of the prison's Italian gang after Peter Schibetta is sent to the psych ward. He also works in the kitchen. He partners with Kenny Wangler to sell drugs and is often advised by Chucky Pancamo. Nappa's life is ruined when Simon Adebisi, leader of the rival Homeboys gang, infects him with HIV.
