High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles! Robert B. "Rob" Bell (born April 23, 1967, in Palo Alto, California) is an American politician of the Republican Party. Since 2002 he has been a member of the Virginia House of Delegates. He currently[update] represents the 58th district in the Virginia Piedmont, including Greene County and parts of Albemarle, Fluvanna and Orange Counties. The Virginia House of Delegates is the lower house of the Virginia General Assembly. It has 100 members elected for terms of two years; unlike most states, these elections take place during odd-numbered years. The House is presided over by the Speaker of the House, who is elected from among the House membership by the Delegates.
