In the film, members of a gang called Russia 88 are filming propaganda videos to post on the Internet. After a while, they become accustomed to the camera and stop paying attention to it. The leader of the gang, Blade, discovers that his sister is dating a Caucasian guy. This family drama develops into a tragedy. White power skinheads are a white supremacist and anti-semitic offshoot of the skinhead subculture. Many of them are affiliated with white nationalist organizations. The original skinhead subculture started in the late 1960s, and had heavy British mod and Jamaican rude boy influences — including an appreciation for ska, early reggae and soul music.
