High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles! Russia Heat (formerly known as COED 7) was a Danish band formed in 1982-83 by Mikael Dehn (synths, vocals), Julian LeFay (synths) and Ian Elf (synths) with additional help from sideman Jens Walther (engineering/production). All of Russia Heat's members had been active musicians. The band's first hit single was "Tell Me Your Name" in 1985. They were among the first to start the electronic/New Wave history in Denmark. After the band disbanded, Dehn—or as he called himself, Mikael DK—went on to become a member of the Danish cult band Love Shop. Elf later formed The Overlords, Koxbox Seikopod a.o. Irmgardz labelled them on 2 12" EPs, "Tell me your Name"(1985) and "Bomb Beat Boys"(1986).
