High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles! Sagami-?no Station is a railway station in the city of Sagamihara, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan, served by both the Odawara Line and the Enoshima Line of the Odaky? Electric Railway. The station is 32.4 rail kilometers from the Odawara Line's terminal at Shinjuku Station and is the terminus of the Enoshima Line. Sagami-?no Station began on April 1, 1929 as the Sagami-?no Signal. It was upgraded to a full station on April 1, 1938 as the Ts?shin-Gakk? Station, being named after the nearby Army Telecommunication School (Rikugun Ts?shin-Gakk?). It was renamed to its present name on January 1, 1941 amid the counter-intelligence movement of eliminating the names of military facilities from maps.. Work began on the new station complex from September 1, 1996.
