Sembawang MRT Station (NS11) is an elevated Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station in Singapore, and the northernmost MRT Station of the North South Line and part of the Woodlands Extension. It is sited in Sembawang, a residential area which is just over 6 years old and still undergoing development. The first level of the station is open in design and can be accessed from almost all sides. It is now integrated with the open-air, newly-opened Sembawang Bus Interchange which allows residents to commute to work or travel to other places easier. Sun Plaza Shopping Centre cum condominium is sited next to the station.
