Sergei Sergeyevich Shirokov (Russian: Сергей Сергеевич Широков, Russian pronunciation: ; born March 10, 1986) is a Russian professional ice hockey winger currently with HC CSKA Moscow of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL). Drafted 163rd overall in the 2006 NHL Entry Draft, he is a prospect for the Florida Panthers of the National Hockey League (NHL). Prior to signing with Vancouver in 2009, Shirokov played with HC CSKA Moscow for four seasons in the Russian Superleague and Kontinental Hockey League.
