It was financed and produced by Hole. Alligator Records signed Hole as their first non-US artist in 26 years and re-released the album in 1992. Dave Hole (born David Robert Hole, 30 March 1948, Heswall, Cheshire, England) is an Australian slide guitarist known for his style of playing rock and roll and blues music.
