The project is being constructed by Sobha Developers Limited with a project cost of Rs 850 cr and aims to be completed by May 2011. The township is built on a 55-acre (220,000 m2) area with a developable area of over 3.50 million SFT comprising a balance between residential and commercial buildings. It will have a 6.5-acre (26,000 m2) man-made lake.
