The Society for Constitutional and Parliamentary Exercises (SCOPE) is an independent, non-governmental, not-for-profit organization based in Kathmandu, Nepal. The Society was established during the mass public movement to restore a parliamentary system in Nepal in 1989-90, and registered subsequently under the Society Registration Act of Nepal as a civil society membership organization. As a specialized organization in the area of constitutional and parliamentary exercises, this Society aims to help institutionalize basic constitutional norms, values, procedures and institutions.
