Established in 1977, the Society of Engineering Technologists (SET) is the official student organization for the Department of Engineering Technology at Texas Tech University. SET serves as an open forum in which students and professors meet to discuss issues effecting the department and college. SET also serves students in a professional capacity by bringing in industry representatives to meet our members and present on the range of employment opportunities available.
