"Somebody Put Something in My Drink" is a song by the Ramones from their 1986 album Animal Boy. The song was written by Ramones drummer Richie Ramone, who joined the band in 1983, and was supposedly based on an incident in which he was given a drink spiked with LSD. This song has been covered by Children of Bodom, The Meteors, Plan 4, Nosferatu, Mortifer, Farben Lehre, Psychopunch, Dimple Minds and Acid Drinkers. Also, the Greek punk rock band Panx Romana featured the music but change the title to " "(Katastoli sto perithorio "suppressing the fringe") and sang about suppressing the freedom of speech. California pop-punk band Spazboy covered the tune for the 2001 "Ramones Maniacs" tribute (this Spazboy version was featured in the film Cabin Fever 2, although the credits incorrectly list it as being performed by the Ramones).
