Sommar y Bridge (Norwegian: Sommar ybrua) is a cantilever bridge from Kval ya to Sommar y in the Hilles y area of the western part of the municipality of Troms in Troms county, Norway. The bridge is 522 metres (1,713 ft) long and the longest span on the bridge is 120 metres (390 ft). Sommar y Bridge has traffic lights to prevent accidents on the narrow bridge. It has been reported that the traffic lights malfunction in windy weather. Hilles y is a former municipality in Troms county in Norway. It is located in the present-day municipalities of Troms and Lenvik and both sides of the Malangen fjord. The island of Sommar y is connected to the large island of Kval ya by the Sommar y Bridge.
