Sonya Cortes (born February 17, 1960) is a Puerto Rican dancer, actress, comedian, singer, model, and host of TV and radio shows. She is currently one of the hosts in Univision talk and variety show Anda Pa'l Cara. Cortes is also a bachata singer. She has released three albums. As of 2007 she's also starring on stage with Francisco Gattorno and Marian Pabon in a comedy play. Anda Pa'l Cara was a Spanish-language television program, a late-night talk and variety show from Puerto Rico. It started in 2000 on WLII-TV Tele Once as a late night show with comedian Silverio Perez as host, but has evolved into a more youth-oriented format with a focus on celebrity news and interviews.
