Ellis first big role was as UFO Enthusiast in Alien Autopsy and her first main role was the role of Anna McKenzie in The Zombie Diaries. Sophia will be appearing in the 'Transitions' commercial for the Republic of Ireland's Lisbon Treaty, to be screened from 7 September – 2 October 2009. The Zombie Diaries was released in the UK at Frightfest 2007, where it went on to debut at number 4 on the official Virgin UK Chart.
