Sophina Brown (born September 18, 1976, Saginaw, Michigan) is an American actress who had a starring role on the CBS drama series Numb3rs where she played Nikki Betancourt, an "adrenaline junkie" and former LAPD officer. Sophina Brown has a BFA in Theatre Performance from the University of Michigan. Right after college Sophina got one of her first professional jobs in The National Tour of the hit musical Fame. Soon after she made her Broadway debut in The Lion King. She has made numerous guest appearances on television series.
