This book describes how Organizational IQ can be used to make Knowledge Management possible. Up until now, there has been no comprehensive guideline for implementing Knowledge Management in SMBs. The various existing approaches are merely a collection of heterogeneous viewpoints based on experiences.The book elaborates the differences and similarities between the IQ concept and traditional Knowledge Management. After the introduction, the author presents the principles and subsequently examines the corresponding practical measures. Throughout the book, the author places emphasis on the penetration of knowledge into the organization and quantifies these using special metrics and methods. Current research suggests that many problems can only be appropriately understood and solved from a knowledge- based perspective.
