"The New Cambridge English Course" is a four-level course for learners of English. Level 3 takes learners from pre-intermediate up to a good intermediate level. It can be used with learners who have studied Levels 1 and 2 of the course, or as an independent intermediate course. The "Practice Book" is an integral part of the course, reinforcing, extending and consolidating work done in class with the Student`s Book. It provides extra practice on language forms, functions and skills, including optional listening exercises (in conjunction with the Student`s Cassette). Translation exercises provide learners with the opportunity to relate English to their first languages. The "Practice Book" contains a comprehensive Language Summary - a concise reference guide covering all the major grammatical and functional points taught or revised in Level 3 of "The New Cambridge English Course".
