This work is a hermeneutic anatomy of the theistic overtones and humanistic undertones of Africa philosophy of culture. It shows that theism and humanism are not contradictions in African philosophy; their synthesis generates a pragmatic African personhood, a unified human nature and world view. Hence, Theistic humanism, Theistic pansychism and Theistic animism form a transcendental unity of apperception and a prolegomena to future African metaphysics.
