(also known by extended title of To Lose My Life Or Lose My Love, or shortened as To Lose My Life) is the debut album by the British alternative rock band White Lies. It was released on 19 January 2009. It follows the release of the title track, "To Lose My Life", one week earlier. It includes former singles "Unfinished Business" and "Death". Clash commented that "2009 is theirs for the taking, if they're up to the task", adding that it could be a contender for the annual Mercury Prize. "From the Stars" appeared as iTunes's "Single of the Week" on 30 December 2008. The album was released in the United States on 17 March 2009.
