He plays the drums, sings background vocals and uses samplers (in live settings). He was the band's manager and tour manager in its early days.Tom plays DW drums and uses Zildjian cymbals.Tom is the son of Thomas Cedric Larkin and Sarah Marianne Williams, and is married to Sarah Stewart. The couple gave birth to a baby girl April 2009.Larkin owns a studio in Melbourne, where he has produced bands such as Calling All Cars, Young and Restless, The Galvatrons, The Getaway Plan, Rook, Reptiles, Red Ink and Fur Patrol, . He is also the current manager of Calling All Cars.
