Tony Daniels (born January 23, 1963 in Toronto, Ontario) is a Canadian voice actor well known for providing the voices of Uncle Floppy in JoJo's Circus and Wiseman in the Sailor Moon Metaseries, but probably most well known for providing the voice of Gambit in X-Men: The Animated Series and Marvel vs. Capcom series. Fred Patten credits Takeuchi with popularizing the concept of a sentai ("team") of magical girls, and Paul Gravett credits the series with "revitalizing" the magical-girl genre itself. Sailor Moon redefined the magical-girl genre, as previous magical girls did not use their powers to fight evil, but this has become one of the standard archetypes of the genre.
