With the communications antenna on the roof, the total height is 250 m (820 ft). The International Style office tower was built by Peter Dickinson, Ross, Fish, Duschenes and Barrett and was the city`s tallest building from 1962 to 1963. The building holds offices for the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, the corporate law firms Stikeman Elliott and Miller Thomson, as well as numerous other businesses.
