Victor van der Chijs (Ede, September 1, 1960) is Managing Partner of architecture and design office OMA: Office for Metropolitan Architecture founded by Rem Koolhaas, based in Rotterdam, New York, Beijing and Hong Kong. Next to the day-to-day responsibility for OMA's operations, he is responsible for business development and expanding and professionalizing OMA's activities. Van der Chijs joined OMA in early 2005. Since then, OMA and its think-tank AMO tripled in size while maintaining strict creative standards.
