High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles! The UHC Beretta M92F is an airsoft pistol made by Unicorn Hobby Company in Taiwan. It is a replica of the Beretta 92F semi-automatic pistol. The Beretta 92F is most famous as the standard sidearm of the United States armed forces. The UHC airsoft replica has made appearances in movies- it was used by Mel Gibson in Lethal Weapon, by Tom Cruise in Mission: Impossible II, and by Chow Yun-Fat in The Corruptor. It has been said that this gun "sets the standards by which others are measured". This is a spring gun, and must be cocked for each shot. This means it is easily maintained, however- it requires no gas or batteries to operate. Spring guns are the toughest, most durable of all airsoft guns, because they're made with few breakable pieces. The gun fires 6 mm plastic BBs in a spring-action function. The ejectable magazine can hold 22 BBs, which must be manually loaded one at a time. The gun has hop-up functionality, which extends the shooting range- using 0.12g BBs the gun has an effective range of 40-50 feet, and shoots at about 260 ft/s (79 m/s).
