Upon completion in 2011, it will connect to the Seoul Metropolitan Subway. It will run in roughly a semicircle, linking eastern Uijeongbu with the center of the city and the subway. The line is 10.6Km long to be on elevated track and pass through 15 stations. It will offer a transfer to Line 1 at Uijeongbu and Hoeryong Stations.
