On September 21 of the same year, the album was certified Gold by the RIAA, for shipments of 500,000 copies. The album was also somewhat successful in Japan, debuting and peaking at number 20 on the album`s chart. In the United Kingdom, the album debuted at number 80, and to date has sold only 30,000 copies there.
