Ltd and fully titled as Universal Play Land, was a video game production company headquartered in Oyama, Tochigi, Japan. It was founded as a subsidiary of Universal Entertainment sometime in the early 1980s. The company filed for bankruptcy in March 1992. Near the end of UPL, some of its staff members later established a new video game company called Sekarabe, a second-party developer of Sammy Corporation best known for developing Survival Arts and Dyna Gear.
