It connects to I-80 near Tracy Clark Station in Storey County, and will eventually continue south to connect with US 50 at the Ramsey-Weeks Cutoff near Silver Springs in Lyon County. Formerly proposed as State Route 805, the road is being built privately by the owners of an industrial park.
