YATC is free software licensed under the terms of the GNU General Public License version 2. YATC is developed alongside Open Tibia Server (also known as OTServ) and can be found in the same sourceforge repository as OTServ. Unlike using the official Tibia client, using YATC to connect to OTserv is not a violation of the CipSoft EULA. However, use of YATC to connect to CipSoft's gameworld servers has been known to result in banishment due to violation of their rules.
