She and Melanie Hudson form the comedy duo Hudson and Pepperdine; the pair write and star in BBC Radio 4's The Hudson and Pepperdine Show. She also co-writes and stars in the BBC Four sitcom Getting On. Pepperdine also starred in the BBC Radio 4 series Artists, had a recurring role on the BBC Three sitcom Grass and had a small role in the first series of Julia Davis' dark comedy Nighty Night. She also appears as tutor of an Anger Management class in Burger King's TV advertisement for the Angry Whopper in the UK.
