Victor Contenschevsky (b.1968) is a well known violin virtuoso from Russia who has gained fame from numerous musical collaborations with popular artists ranging from Paul McCartney to Beyonce. He has numerous credits with other artists as well. His career began in 1992 as a solo artist in London. He has since collaborated with many other artists across varying genres. Contenschevsky moved to London in 1988. There attended the University of London, graduating in 1992. Contenschevsky is an open homosexual. He lives with his boyfriend, Javier Santiago in Kensington.
