The release consists of three discs: one four-tracked CD single ("Wildflower"), one 15-tracked album (Cover Songs: Complete Best), and one 8-cm CD single (`Track 3`). The first CD contains four songs Superfly had recorded throughout the first half of 2010. The second CD is a compilation of every cover of American and English rock songs Superfly recorded and performed, while as a group and while fronted solely by Shiho Ochi. The mini CD, available only with the first pressings, contains an acoustic version of one of the cover songs.
