Wole Oguntokun, born in Nigeria to Olu-Okun Oguntokun (a civil servant and sports administrator) and Victoria Kofoworola nee Akintonde, is a playwright, stage director and theatre administrator. He emerged on the Theatre landscape in 1998 with his production of his satirical drama, "Who's Afraid of Wole Soyinka?", a lampoon of the Nigerian Military in governance, in September 1998 at the University of Lagos Arts Theatre.
