High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles! Wonderswan are an alternative indie rock band based in Leeds, UK. The band includes former members of Boyracer, Grammatics and Held By Hands. Their first commercial release was on 4th May 2009 with the track "Hey Nature" included on the Dance To The Radio release 4x12" Volume 1 followed on the 10th May by their first 7" vinyl release entitled "Furrrpile". Wonderswan were confirmed to play both Leeds and Reading festivals in 2009, they were given the job of opening for the whole three days at the BBC Introducing Stage.
