High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles! Datuk Wong Foon Meng, Malaysian politician, is a former President of the Malaysian Senate and a former member of the State Assembly of Terengganu. Wong was elected to the Terengganu State Assembly in the 1995 general election but lost his seat in the 1999 election. He was appointed to the Senate in April 2004, and became its President on 7 July 2009. His term ended on 12 April 2010, when he was replaced by Abu Zahar Ujang.
