The text book examines a wide range of problems of memory politics, falsification of history and the main directions of counteraction to the falsification of history in Russia. Special attention is paid to the military-memorial heritage as a problem of social memory, its legal regulation, interactions of mnemonic actors and their narrative strategies. Separate sections of the monograph are devoted to the military-theoretical substantiation of the content of the fundamental turning point in the Great Patriotic War, the role and place of the Russian Orthodox Church in the system of actors of the Soviet people``s victory in the Great Patriotic War.
