High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles! Xenobatrachus anorbis is a species of frog in the Microhylidae family. It is found in Indonesia and Papua New Guinea. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes, swamps, and rural gardens. It is threatened by habitat loss. Frogs are amphibians in the order Anura, formerly referred to as Salientia. Most frogs are characterized by long hind legs, a short body, webbed digits (fingers or toes), protruding eyes and the absence of a tail. Frogs are widely known as exceptional jumpers, and many of the anatomical characteristics of frogs, particularly their long, powerful legs, are adaptations to improve jumping performance.
